Cancellation & Change Policy
If Client seeks to reschedule the event up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event date and would like to use the Initial Deposit toward a different date, Client must host the Event within 60 days, pending date availability, from the original Event date, or such later date as Electric Shuffle may approve the rescheduled Event must be of equal or greater value. If Client cancels less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event date, Client shall be responsible for 100% of the Contract, and (ii) if the Event is a “Buy-out” Event, in which majority of the space is reserved by Client, and Client cancels less than sixty (60) days prior to the Event date, Client shall be responsible for 100% of the contracted price.
